Platinum Ministry

 

The mission as the Platinum Ministry at COGS is to cultivate and coordinate programs for those of mature years, meeting their needs in all areas of congregational life; hope and continued involvement as we grow older; make disciples for Christ through worship, learning, fellowship and service.

 

Vision of the Platinum Ministry: Founded on the principle that ongoing faith development of midlife and older adults is critical for the transformation of the world.

Scripture: Psalms 92: 13-14 and Matthew 5: 16

​

Objective: To have the opportunity to reaffirm their faith and commitment to Christ and the Church at this significant period in their life to be nurtured in faith and rejoice in the Christian hope.
